Sodastream first sent me a machine that leaked gas, and went through cylinders quicker than I would go out an buy bottled pop. After much back and forthing, asking me to somethings I already tried, they finally agreed to send me a replacement machine. Which, OF COURSE, never arrived. In spite of my concerns with using ****** as a courier, *** ***** ** ******, my fears were realized when ****** said they had delivered the machine.They did not. I was home all day, ** * ** ********, and waited for them to arrive. They never did. This is why I specifically said on the shipping label: “tenant is HOME. Please buzz entry code. DO NOT leave package in lobby” How much clearer to I have ti make a label? Two days later I received an email from Sodastream asking me to rate the Sodastream, I never got. What a mistake it was to get involved with Sodastream. I told them ****** never delivered the package. They told me ****** said they did. So, I’m stuck with a broken machine, a bill I’m still paying for, for a machine that doesn’t work. Sodastream told me to work it with ******. That’s should be Sodastream’s problem, not mine. I want a freaking refund. I was told I didn’t qualify for a refund? How does that work. Send defective machines, too bad if your doesn’t work? The worst part of the entire email, was when the sodas stream agent, suggested that I take my broken machine to a recycling centre? What? Spend nearly $200. just to send it to a recycling centre?? What kind of cruel advice is that to give ** * ******** ****** ****** ** * ****** ***** ******? It took me nearly a year to decide to invest in one of these machines. I was so thrilled to be able to control the amount of syrup used in the drinks. Thrilled to play around with making my own ginger ale syrup. And this is the service I get? **** * **** ** ***** ** **** ******* ******** ** *** * ********* **** ****** ******* ********** **** ** *** *** *** **********
