We had Pella install patio doors at the back of our house. We noticed about 8 years later that one out of six outside door skins started to bubble. It took a number of email to get someone out to take a look. I never heard back after the visit, I sent a number of emails again and copied the USA. I heard back, sorry this is not covered. I sent a copy of their posted warranty that said lifetime on the outside skin. Once again no reply. Save your money and go with a company that stands behind what they build., Pella is not a cheap option.

Pella Windows & Doors response about your warranty coverage on your doors as noted in the two separate emails sent dated on March 24th, 2022 and April 14th ,2022 was your warranty had expired on 05/14/2014. The warranty information that you are referencing was from Pella Windows & Doors products purchased from November 30, 2020 onwards. The warranty you should be referencing is from the Pella Historical Warranties Section on our website. You originally purchased your doors on June 11, 2004. and the coverage was dated between January 1, 2004 - December 31, 2004.
