I have repeatedly asked Pella to not contact me, by email, phone, and by direct mail, and remove me from their database. I continue to receive personalized advertising in the mail. I just received another one today although I recently contacted Pella for the fourth time less than 3 months ago and was assured that I would no longer be contacted. I would like Pella to remove my personal information from their database and stop contacting me.Business response

Hello and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I have communicated the concern with our team and they are taking measures to have this matter addressed so that it does not happen again.

I am rejecting this response because: they have stated that they will take measures/will not contact me again 4 times already. I require a letter from Pella verifying that they have removed me from their database and will not contact me again.

Good morning. Pella Corporation is in receipt of the complaint submitted to the BBB regarding your request to be placed on the “Do Not Contact” (“DNC”) list. I have confirmed that your name was placed on the DNC list, but there was a miscommunication in the spelling of your street address. We have updated our records to reflect both spellings on the street address. Please note that you may continue to receive marketing communications for up to 120 days while our systems process this request. Pella requested the Marketing Team attempt to manually remove your name from mailings already in progress; however, there might be some mailings that cannot be prevented. Pella apologizes for any inconvenience on your end, and hope that we may earn your business in the future. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
