I saw the ads for Lufa Farms on ******** and started the process to activate my account. The website wont take my payment information. After a few attempts, I gave up and decided to follow up another time. Two weeks later, I get text messages that an order is being delivered to my house same day. I thought it must have been a mistake. Lo and behold, at past 11pm at night, they dropped off a box of produce at my door. I checked my account and they charged my card. I called, sent emails to refund my account, cancel it and pick up the box at my house. They have not responded to the request to cancel my account, instead pointing out that an order was placed and they cant refund the account. I have not idea how they processed the account activation, since when I log into their site. It is still asking me to complete the activation. I have not and cannot place an order on their site or even cancel my account. This business seems shady and another scam at taking peoples money. I hope they do not bill my account again or send unwanted orders to my house. If they dont pick the box in front my house with the week, I will have not choose but to depose of it in the garbage. This is the worst type of produce delivery service I know of in ******. What a shame they are allowed to operate and steal peoples money.
