      I ordered a replacement rocker panel for my truck on 25 Feb 2024. Payment was made through ******. When I tried to contact Hunt Parts to get information on the shipment they refused to contact me. There has been no contact between the company and myself, I tried using their online help and contact to get answers and have recieved nothing from them.

      After receiving your last communication about my complaint, I have receive an email from “Hunt Parts”. They have agreed to refund me for my order, the refund has gone to ****** but is not in my account yet. I understand there will be a few days for processing through ******.

      Ordered a front bumper for a Honda Fit. I gave them the correct paint code as well as the paint name. "White Pearl" They ship me a grey bumper. Rather than fixing their mistakes they reimburse the $200. painting charge. It costs me $375 to have it repainted. Would like to have the extra costs reimbursed.

      An order was placed for painted car replacement fenders (left and right) in the amount $898.01 (shipping and tax included on April 3 2023. Order ref# is *****. The referenced parts arrived April 21. The parts arrived with several paint chips. I sent a message via text to including pictures of the defects to have the parts repaired / replaced. I have also attempted to contact them numerous times by phone (left messages) and additional texts. I have not received any replies from the company. Ideally I would like to have the parts repaired or replaced at their expense, or at the very least receive a refund for the amout that was charged for painting the parts ($400 for both fenders).

      I ordered a hood for a 2011 Chevy Silverado. I had it painted by huntsparts and shipped. After waiting 2 months for the hood to arrive I opened the package and it had 2 big dents in it, also the edge of one side of the hood was bent. I emailed costumer support and they said they can’t do anything because it wasn’t reported 24hrs after delivery. Some “read the fine print” sort of thing. I’m a very busy person these days and I was working night shift at the time. I didn’t have any time to open and inspect the packaged until about a week later. I paid over $1000 for this and waited a long time to get it. I’m extremely disappointed in the after sales service demonstrated. I didn’t dent the hood how is it fair that I have to now pay for the hood to get fixed. It’s not my responsibility to make sure the shipping company handles the package with care, how is it fair I have to pay for someone else’s mistake. It is sad the way people handle their business these days.
