Sept 2021 - 5 houses contract with Portuguese Brothers Concrete to have our driveway asphalt and based on her estimate, minimum 3 inch of asphalt good quality - they broke our & neighbors water valves which its city's property - broke our outside water pipe because of the excavator. The brother owner, try to fix the city valve using regular ** pipe. I called the city for them to fix because they bend the metal pipe. - multiple water are pooling instead water going away from our house - cut asphalt 1/2 of our driveway with saw, *** 1 of the owner, told me that they will come back 1year after to seal the cut - warranty 1 year, paid $3000 cash, yet they didn't pay plumber of $300 for the outdoor pipe till now July 2022 - they came back to re-do our driveway because the cut area started to crack - they have to re-do my neighbor's driveway because for safety hazard *** ******* - multiple and same area water still pooling like the city valve after they re-do our driveway, been sending video and pictures yet sometimes no response. - * **** * ***** **** *** **** **** **** *** ******". - till didn't pay the plumber May 2023 - ** **** ** * *** ****** ********* * *** ******** ******** *** ***** **** ** **** ********** its not safe because multiple parts of our driveway was uneven create waves ********** *** **********. - I reached multiple contactors to check our driveway and estimate, they knew base on their expertise, the wave eventually will crack and spread like my neighbor. - reached out multiple times starting May 19 at 9:40am - she drop by on June 8, 9:30am finally to check and she disagree that its' not even and its not waving and pooling is normal even my wife watered the whole driveway but still not convince - she gave me an option either re-do again or refund, Me and my wife wants refund and pay the plumber. she said "expect a cheque in the mail", sent last Sept 27. Until now, nothing from her.Business response

We were called to do 5 driveways on this street back in 2021, parking was very difficult for us due to the heavy equipment with trucks and trailers.
***** was one of the customers from the 5 driveways, she complained about her driveway and we re-paved for her, she still not happy, she asked me for the money back, which I was going to but when we did the driveways the gentleman that called us for the estimates he also complained about his driveway and me that wants no problems gave him the money back, because he said he was going to hire another company to do it again and he never did, he still has the driveway that we had done for him.
***** said one of my workers broke her faucet outside and I apologized and told her to give me the bill she failed to do it , i would pay no problem.
I feel very bad that ***** is not happy overall **** * **** **** *** ***** ***** ********* ***i apologize if I’m wrong.

I am rejecting this response because, firstly **** ** ****** **** ** ****.
********* **** ******** *** **** ** **** *** **** ** *** ******* ***** Five houses trusted your company to do our driveway, yet every single driveway has issues. ***, since the beginning, you know that we trusted *** to represent on behalf of all of us, yet you decided to deal with us individually. It's none of my business, whatever *** wants to do, because weeds are growing through the asphalt on his driveway. That means, *** is out of the picture. You have to deal with our issues because of your service. The truth is, it was your brother, who is your business partner, who broke our outside faucet, not one of your workers. Then, the reason why our driveway got REPAVED twice is because, the first time you decided to cut our driveway in half without consulting us, then paved it. The following year, it started cracking on the same area where the cuts are and an uneven area where water was pooling. We give you a chance, yet the same issues twice. For you to say that my wife will never be happy, it came from you saying "You hate this St", and we have video to prove that and more. ******* ** ***** ** **** ******* ******** *** *** *** ***** **** ***** ** ** *****
Moving forward, refund what I paid $3000 cash and for the plumber $300 cash.

Moving forward with this, i can meet you half way on this or i can have a company do your driveway next year.

I am rejecting this response ******* *** *** ***** ** **** ******* ** ******. My wife & I tried to resolve this issues with you so that we can move forward yet, you been dragging problem. So no, refund.How many times I have to tell you about the plumbing, it my neighbor who did ***** * *** ** *** ******** ******* ** **** *** * ******. All, we want from you is to refund his labour & materials the fact you recommended for him to do it instead hiring plumber. So, refund his money.

I never said for your neighbour to fix anything, **** was the one that mentioned him and that’s fine I just need an invoice from it.

The water flooded everywhere on our property. *** was try to help you and your brother by calling us to go home to the fact leaving work without pay just to shut off the main valve inside of our house. *** **** *** ****** ** **** ******* *** ******* ***
Me, my wife and *** that we trust him, had conversation outside of what happened outside, you of course joined and trying to explain of what happened. There are multiple people heard our conversion and saw of what happened. ** **** *************** ****** we have options that you recommended either hire plumber, your bother or you will pay *** in cash to fixed it. ****** ** ****** ** ***** ***** *** **** **** ** *** ***** ******* *** *********** ****
Secondly, you did our driveway twice, yet you are not giving the quality of your service that your website is saying. I texted you the email address and you mentioned that you will refund **** *** *** ****** ** ******. But here's the thing, if you have access with internet, you can etransfer the refund through that. Why we have to wait for you when you are return?
