I placed an order for two chords of firewood and kindling on February 13, 2023. On February 17, 2023 I received a confirmation on February 17, 2023 that my order would be delivered on February 18, 2023 but no delivery arrived. I have reached out via email (this company does not post a phone number) 3 times with no response. today is February 28, 2023 and i have not received a response or my firewood order yet.Initial Complaint

I made two purchases of firewood through Marché Pilon. The first order was placed in April 2021 and consisted of five (5) cords of firewood at $125 / cord including delivery. For the record, once stacked, a cord of firewood is described as 4' high x 8' long and 16" width. The firewood is delivered by trailer and dumped on the ground. Once I started stacking the firewood, I discovered a large quantity of end pieces within the load measuring as small as 4" long. Once stacked, I realized I had been delivered the equivalent of approx. 1/2 cord of end pieces. I immediately reached out to Marché Pilon and expressed my concerns. I wrote an email to them (C******** Pilon) and he offered to deliver me 1/2 cord of firewood to compensate for the what was missing. In May 2021, I placed an another order for three (3) additional cords of firewood, again at $125 / cord including delivery. Marché Pilon indicated they would deliver at the same time the 1/2 cord they had promised me in April. Although the order was placed back in May, the firewood was not delivered until September. Numerous appointments were made but were never followed through by Marché Pilon. Once received, I stacked the firewood and to my surprise, not only was the 1/2 cord of firewood that was promised to me not included in the delivery but once again I was shorten in the overall amount that was delivered. I reached out to Marché Pilon immediately and they told me arrangements would be made to deliver me one (1) cord of firewood to compensate for the last two deliveries. Days become weeks and weeks became months. I reached out to them on numerous occasions through email, phone calls and phone texts. In the Fall of 2021, they replied back that the delivery was delayed due to the heavy rain we had been having and that the firewood would be delivered shortly which never materialized. I have been calling and texting almost on a daily basis with no response whatsoever. ***** ***** *** ********************
