I was here last week to get my face Wax , they burned my face . I left VM no one reply back to me for three days . Now after I reach out to them after visiting store three times to get my money back nd my compensation , I called while I m on call manager ******* hang up on me . Brutal

My wife purchased a product called a blowout brush for our daughter. They decided to return it the same day it was purchased. It was not used. My wife asked if it could be returned and was told by the manager only if it had not been used. I attempted to return it the same day and was told no returns for sanitary reasons. I explained it was purchased a few hours prior and assured her it was never used. The manager at this location compared the return as the same as returning used underwear. The manager was very rude. I asked for the owner's name and number as I was very unhappy with the service and felt the owner deserved to know. The manager refused and told me she makes all the decisions. I advised this same manager she specifically told my wife and daughter it could be returned. She responded by pointing at a sign indicating sales final. This manager's attitude added more fuel to fire. I told her they would lose any of our future business; her response was, " that's fine". I could not believe the service I was receiving from a local small business that we have supported with purchases and their services. Here I thought I was doing a good thing supporting small business. I called a second location of Trade Secrets at ****** ******* and was told this type of product typically could not be returned for sanitary reasons which I understand, however, due to the fact it was purchased the same day that she would have certainly taken it back. Unfortunately, they are under different ownership so would not be able to take our purchase back which makes sense. I would have certainly accepted a credit at the purchase location minimally but I now I want my money back!
