This is my second time using Done Right services. Both good experiences. The cleaning lady (*****) was really good, on time, professional, polite, meticulous and attentive to all instructions she was receiving. I am happy with the quality of the service I have received. Their electronic setup is also neatly done. Automatic reminders and periodical advertisement of empty slots they have available, makes it easier to book. Simply by replying to the advertisement email. I already recommended them to a friend of mine.Review from Haleh P

After being a client of theirs for years, I dont want to delve into the numerous times they canceled on me last minute, sometimes leaving me without a replacement for weeks. Instead, I want to highlight one instance where I messaged the owner, ******, suggesting we reschedule if possible. In response, he reminded me of charging me the full price. I said ok dont cancel then, but he refused, claiming he had already canceled with the staff member who supposedly had to take her mother to the doctor and couldn't reschedule. This seemed implausible considering our conversation consisted of just three messages over less than few minutes. Despite the frequency of past cancellations that put me in difficult situations, I reluctantly accepted the charge and expressed understanding and respecting of his policy. To my disbelief, his response was, 'We dont provide service to you anymore.' I was shocked. I reminded him of my past compliance with his policies despite his frequent cancellations. I asked for an explanation for his behavior, to which he had none. When I informed him of my intention to leave a review on ******* he tried to guilt-trip me, claiming it would damage his small business. This displays extremely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Despite my long-time patronage, he abruptly removed me from his schedule after I raised a minor concern about his frequent cancellations. Furthermore, he explicitly instructed me not to leave any negative reviews, citing potential harm to his business. It appears that at Done Right Cleaning, being considered a valued client is contingent upon suppressing any dissatisfaction, while attempts to voice concerns are met with dismissal.Done Right Cleaning Response

Hi *****,I would first like to start by saying we appreciate your business, however your account of the events that unfolded are almost entirely untrue.We have served you for almost 3 years and I would say we have had to cancel at most 5 times. You were always offered multiple alternative dates, however you had a tight schedule so you were not able to accommodate anything other than your regular cleaning days work (which is completely fine).In regards to the last time you canceled your appointment with us, you were indeed asked to adhere to our cancellation policy, as we have waived the fees for you on countless occasions. Adding to this point, I in fact reduced the fees by 50% considering your long term patronage with our company. We always pay our staff their full working wage when cancellations are made within ******************************************************************************************************************** this difficult economy. Our cancellation policy is made very clear by stating it on every single booking confirmation and appointment reminder. That information is also available on our website.When you continuously threatened to leave a negative review on our ****** page, I politely informed you of the implications of a negative review for a small business like ours. I found this especially hurtful considering how long we have served you and not once have you left us a positive review. You continuously threatened me in which I told you that I respect the fact that you have the right to your opinion and to share it with whomever you please. Following this, you mentioned you felt disrespected and humiliated in which I spent almost an hour discussing that it was not my intention to make you feel that way, to no avail.After our conversations, you then tried to recruit the cleaner I was sending to your home to work for you independently. Following your threats and attempt to recruit our cleaner to work for you, you reached out to me to ask if I would be open to having you back on the schedule. I once again politely informed you that the possibility to work together again was not on the table due to the fact that you attempted to recruit our employee, as well as your refusal to adhere to our policies. Once again, you threatened to leave a review, in which I told you I respect your decision. Done Right Cleaning get 10/10 my condo had a malfunction of the heating system so everything, everything was covered in a thin layer of soot I needed a Deep Clean #1 the company called me back within a few hours ( many I did not even reply after the 1st contact)#2 I had an appointment within 3 days #3 ***** and **** arrived as scheduled. They came with all possible cleaning tools And within 3 hours my place sparkled I recommend this company with no reservations ******************Done Right Cleaning Response
