      We are a company located in Ottawa South. A few years ago we purchased a phone system from Teleharmonics, approximately 12 month after the purchase of the phone system Teleharmonics sold to new owners, who has provided poor service or no service at all. After many numerous visits to our site to set-up the fax line unsuccessfully they decide the best course of action was to have **** ****** re-route out fax number to their office, not a solution but better than nothing. After almost 2 years of operating with this system at a monthly fee of $25.37 . Last December I was finally able to get the owner of the company to come out and have a look at the phone system, he decided that a part was required to rectify the problem, since this visit I have not been able to reach their office, I have left numerous message, emailed . I finally decided to have the fax line redirected back to **** ****** , and have notified Teleharmonics in March 2022 of this decision. They are continuing to process the monthly payments and will not return my call. Please advise if you are able to reach this company. Kind regards, Ruth

      I have been asking this company to supply my installer codes, as they locked the panel of my security system. As a result of their lack of cooperation in supplying this information to me, I will be forced to buy a new security system. My understanding from others in the security industry is that their actions are not professional or courteous. This is the current issue I am seeking your help in resolving with the company. I am willing to withdraw my complaint if they supply my installer codes. I had additional difficulties with this company. When I had issues last August with my system, they sent a technician who explained that the system required a new battery. He installed and charged me for a new battery, however this did not resolve the alarm issue. When I complained and asked for the technician to return, I got no response. As the system was not working properly and they refused to address this, I cancelled their service. The customer service with this company has been completely non-responsive. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

      Hello. 

      Providing/sharing/ the installer code to the client and or any other security company is a risk to the current clients within Telharmonics. With this code, the client, as well as other 3rd party companies, and individuals have the capability of modifying the master code on all the systems installed by Telharmonics. This is common knowledge. Best practice is NOT to disclose the installer code in order to protect the existing systems integrity.

      When we (Telharmonics) approach a situation whereas we have a new client and we do not know the installer code, we reprogram the unit. We do not "resell" a new unit. We advise the person to reprogram the security system. 

      We are OK with the complaint remaining with the *** as we will continue to protect our current clients security systems integrity and not compromise the safety of life and property.
