On September 24 We went to Bonanza Furniture to buy a Fridge after our 18 month old Fridge from another local furniture store, stopped working, the woman told us they didn't have the one we were looking at so they would order at this time I had been without a fridge for a month, she said it would take 2 Weeks, I replied" So does that mean a month?" No she said they are pretty accurate. So we ordered, Paid in full, Got an extended warranty for 2 years, so come the third week I called they said it wouldn't be in until the 20th, which makes it a month, and NO ONE called me, I called them. So today October 19th, 2022 No one has called so I call, the woman says, of it is actually here but we won't be coming to Cobalt until Next week some time, so if by chance it does show up it will be 1.5 months that it took to arrive, meaning I am 2.5 months without a fridge, and not a single bit of Customer Service was applied.Business response

Good Afternoon This customer ordered their fridge on September 24th 2022 which was a Saturday and we can not put an order in until the Monday as most business can not order over a weekend. We received the fridge yesterday late morning early afternoon and customer was very angry that we could not deliver same day. Our delivery staff leaves early in the morning to start delivering what was set up the day prior and was out of town delivering so it wasnèt like we could just add to the delivery. the delivery guys returned last night from deliveries at 6:45 pm and their shift ends at 5:30. we arranged a special delivery today for her to try and make her happy but when the delivery guys got there all she did was yell at them over and over they could not get a word in. Customer was rude from begining to the end of this whole purchase. We are not responsible for her not having a fridge for 2.5 months as she only ordered 3 and a half weeks ago from us. we are also not responsible that her last fridge only lasted 18 months it was not purchased from us. and it is not our fault that she chose to order a fridge from another company while not having a fridge and finds out it is not going to be in for a while then comes to us. we can not control that places are not running business on the weekends so if you minus the weekends from this purchase time it has been 18 days. thats pretty good concidering the delays due to all the covid stuff going on. We have alot of fridges in stock if she needed one that soon she could have purchased something we had in stock. When we tried to explain the delivery situation yesterday she just hung up on us so there was no explaining anythhing about our delivery guys being out of town...Customer response

******* ******Oh my goodness, I can not believe this, I was responding to him, he said if I didn't like it he could just bring the fridge back, how would I like that, (twice) telling me that I didn't know how to have an adult conversation, in my face, I actually was very intimidated, He was rude and intimidating in my\ own home, I didn't care if it took a month but when i was told 2 weeks that is what I expected, and if there was a delay it would have been nice to have a bit of customer service call me and explain. I just can't believe it he still doesn't see anything that he did wrong,
I will not be intimidated like this, this is against the law, coming to my home and saying those things... I want it over
