      I booked their shipping service today to ship my personal items to Toronto from Chicago. I called their customer service multiple times during the day and they kept saying that pickup window is between 2pm-7pm, with no particular details or any helpful information. I have waited for hours and there is absolutely no sign of them, no note, no call and this makes my situation very difficult as I am planning this big move cross country. They dont have anyone on customer service after hours so at this point I basically have no idea what is happening. I made the full payment when I confirmed my booking. I think they should give some sort of heads up for expected delays. I would like them to do something about this as I have planned multiple things dependent on this which I have no idea how to go about now. I really need this pickup done today

      We understand that shipping one's personal effects can be challenging and stressful.  When using by economy courier service (as opposed to a moving company) it is important to understand that all services are still pursuant to our regular terms and conditions and we cannot guarantee pickup times as drivers have on average 30-40 pickup/deliveries per truck.  Our booking agent is following up with our local pickup agent in your city and will advise as soon as possible.   If you find standard courier is not appropriate for your requirements, please let us know and we will issue a refund in full.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I understand this is a shipping service and not conventional movers and there maybe delays and such. However there is no communication from anyone to give any heads up for expected delays and no way to contact the assigned driver or what and absolutely no assurance. I would have asked for refund but it is too late for me to find any other service in such a short time as I move out this weekend. I understand delays are normal but 2 days? That probably speaks more about your management than the nature of shipping by courier company.
