On October 16 I went to Newmarket Toyota to buy a car and they told me if I order a new vehicle I need to pay $1000 deposit before I meet the financial manager, and they did explain to me that this lease car will include three years maintenance fee, and I did ask them to time that I don’t want to make extra fees if that is not included, and they said that is not included. I went on Friday, October 27 to pick up the car and I discover there is $1400 hidden fees towards these Montana service in the first three years that I didn’t agree and I ask them and they told me this is how it is if you don’t want it you don’t take the car and I left on Friday and they told me on Monday. They will change the code from my name and they will give me refund today Monday, October 30. I went to the dealership in Newmarket and they told me that we will not give you a refund of thousand dollars and no refund for the license plate that I paid on Friday around C$58 and they still kept ************ ***** about what they have said and agreeing that they don’t give me a refund. So they didn’t give me the car nor they give me my refund and I need a fair treatment and a refund off my thousand $1059 that I have paid I’m not receiving a car or a service from them just because **** *** ***** *** ******* I have signed please help me thank you
