* I contacted Tim C. from Signs 4 Less in May 2022 for a trailer vinyl decals job for my landscaping client. * Agreed to do the job for $1200. * He asked for a $100 deposit to come and take measurements and provide proof of the work. * On June 15, we met on site, and he got the $300 cash as a deposit. * The original discussion was to get the job done before the end of June. Since he got the deposit, he didn't do anything. Upon my follow-ups, he started making different excuses and false promises: 1. When we met to take the measurements, we agreed that he would send the proof the same night, but he didn't send anything. After many follow-ups from my side, I found out that he left the measurements on the site where we met. He promised to go to get it, and this never happened. I got the measurement for him. Then no feedback again. 2. He claimed he is waiting for the green vinyl to arrive so that he can complete the job. After he got it, nothing happened. 3. He emailed me that he can't locate all images, measurements and designs I had originally sent him. I sent it all again. Yet nothing happens and started saying what proof you need! Although this is something all printers do, and we agreed on the day I paid the deposit. 4. Tim told me for installation, it must be during light time. I offered many options for the days before the July 1 long weekend. Yet, he did nothing and kept disappearing. 5. Then, he said you paid only $300, not $600, although he is the one asked to pay $100 to start working on the job immediately. As nothing happened since Tim got the deposit, the client refused to pay extra money without seeing proper job proof. 6. Tim sent a photoshopped image of the trailer with my design over it without doing any proper scaling of the design which is not how the job should be done. * ****** **** ** ** ***** ** ** *** ****** **** ** ***** **** ** ** *** ***** ** *** *** *** ** ***** ***** He still refuses to correct it or refund the deposit.
