******************* I am appalled with the service we received today. We've been taking our van here for years and very happy with the honesty and pricing and highly recommended their services up until today. I called to follow-up on our vehicle that was booked in by one of the son's last Thursday to service yesterday Monday at 11 am to have the cylinder coil 5 and pigtail replaced as it was stuck inside the coil plug. Today, the lady told me they just looked at it yesterday and will get at it when they can. She wasn't friendly or apologetic. When I asked when it would be ready since we thought it would have been fixed yesterday she ************ told me that I can take it elsewhere if I'd like. We had our vehicle towed in and this wasn't an easy option. I was completely thrown aback and said again we just would like to know when it would be ready... She passed the phone to Earl and he said he would try to have it done today but no guarantees. He proceeded to blame me for the issue stating that we didn't hold down the clip to open and broke the clip instead, which is incorrect as all the other coil clips are also broken and slide off no problem. **************************************************************. I felt like they were deflecting for some reason... They changed this exact coil 3 years ago and wonder if that may have something to do with the deflecting. I never blamed them for the issue though and just wanted the issue repaired. He also asked about why we didn't get the job done at ****** where it was towed from and I explained they refused to work on it dismantled after they told us to have it towed there that way. When I booked with Gilsons we also explained that it was partially dismantled and I was told to leave like that and tow it in as well. When he asked if we wanted him to go ahead and work on the vehicle, we told him we'd call back in 5 minutes with an answer. When we called back and asked the lady to speak to Earl, she said he's busy
