March 21 her bank account was hacked and she cannot open and deposit some money for bills. The money was take from us by the hacker so all the pre authorized payments all are bounced. This incident still under investigation from our bank. March 27 we decided to pay it manually on the online page, it went through but sadly their system doesn't recognize that and still collect money from the old account. There is no option also for removing the old bank account on their system. This manager got so *** ** ** on why we did manual payments and we do not answer them. Main reason is that their number is showing as suspected spam everytime they are calling us. I hope the management on this business can review the call dated April 12, 2023 time 10:24am. Maple Valley finances in-home consumer purchases. The buyer purchased cookware from one of the distributors that we finance. At the time of purchase, they chose to make payments via auto-pay (pre-authorized payments drawn from their checking account). We do not require this type of payment, and would be happy to change the buyer's payment method at their request. Where is my review that I psosted with a 1 rating on this Maple Valley Financial sometime March 14, 2023 (why it was removed0? This Maple Valley Financial is I guess a Scammer. They will even blocked my email if I communicate them by Email. The email I received message on March 21, 2022 as follows: Hello Alva, As of today moving forward there will not be any communication other than by phone. Note if you send an email or Text we will not respond as email and text will be deactivated for this account. Thank you! This company is so backward doing there collections and the person from extension 500 and MArtha doesn't know how to emphatize their customers/clients. Esp Ms. Extension 500 as she hanged my calls on March 14, 2023 she is a very impatient person, she doesn't not what to hear out the customer. She does not practice the saying "Customer is always right". And hope this one review will not be delated please as people needs to know how ineffective this company is.

Maple Valley finances consumer in-home purchases. This buyer was past due a month or two in early 2023, and it appears there were some phone calls regarding this that did not go smoothly. In 2021 April, a representative of Maple Valley Financial who happened to be a friend called me and she introduced the set of ************ pots to me. The friend called a senior representative who explained to me that the products are good, that i can cock without water or oil. When i asked about the cost and they said $23,000 for the set i chose, i told them that i am not interested again. But they kept on to convince me and one of them said that, whichever set of the ************ pots i choose, that Maple Valley Financial will send me TAX documents to so that in 2022 i can claim back up to 20 percent of the money from government during Tax Return. When they said that i agreed to opt in. The senior representative ordered for thr contract for online and asked me to signed online which i did signed with no time to read through the contract agreement . After, the 2 representatives collected money from Maple Valley, they collected money over my head. Initially, Maple Valley Financial started to deduct $49 from 2021 May to 2022 June. Maple Valley Financial started deducting $500 from my bank acount from 2022 July. Early 2022, i asked for the tax documents to submit for tax return , they told me to hold on, when i asked again , i was told there is no tax document from Maple Valley Financial. I was told to enter into competition to win cash bonuses and i will use the bonuses to offset the money for the pots. At that point, i knew they tricked and i confronted the representative for defrauding me, all she could say was that she will come to my house to see. Maple Valley Financial is a direct sales finance company. We do not have any relationship with the seller of the cookware other than we finance their sales from time to time. We verified the purchase with Ms. ****** on April 9th 2021 over the phone, including payment terms, before agreeing to finance her purchase. We are sorry that she is unhappy with her purchase, however that is unrelated to her obligation to us related to the financing of that purchase. Any questions or concerns should be referred to the sales company, as we are a third party finance company, similar to a company that would finance an automobile purchase.
