I had a wedding planned for July 16th, 2021 but due to extenuating circumstances had to cancel the wedding. I had hired party connections for a tent rental as well as tables, linens, chairs, glasses etc. On January 24th, I paid my deposit of $1197.32 for the rentals. On April 14th, 2021 I sent an email to Joseph D. in regards to cancelling the wedding and arranging for a partial refund as the tent deposit is non-refundable but the remaining deposit is. He responded to the email stating he would send me a cheque but I never received one. On June 1st I sent a second email inquiring about the refund and was told it would be sent out the next day. After still not receiving the refund, I sent a couple more emails and he has not responded since.Business response
