    On May 17, 2023 We hired a plumbers from Metro Plumbing and Heating to finish all the job in powder room (removed the old pedestal sink, installed a vanity with ........ and removed the old toilet then installed new toilet). The appointment was set in 8:30 a.m, the plumber don't show up so I called the store 9:00a.m and I talked to receptionist (Lisa) she said he is still at shop loading his track. I just want to mention that we (home owner) supplied the material. He arrived around 9:30a.m. He started his job by removing the pedestal sink that was attached to the wall without cutting the silicon resulting in damaging the drywall by tearing of a big peace of the wall also the pedestal was broken into peaces, then he completed his job by installing the toilets, he left at 12:00p.m. So the plumber spend 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish to entire task. We received the the invoice, we have been charge for labour 3 hours and 45 minutes. I call and I talk to Lisa about the invoice and told her about the drywall damage and the time the plumber spend in our house, she reply *first we are not responsible for any damage to the drywall and we don't do repair, and about the the time the plumber spend in our house she said *the time starts when the plumber begins loading his truck and also you are responsible to pay for travel time and distance for two ways. We paid the full invoice of $551.64. My son ******* ****** ********* **** *** ** notice that the toilet was wobbling and is leaking when we flushing the toilet, so I contact Metro plumbing and talk to Lisa to let her know, she said this Job is not warranted and I can send you a plumber under same condition for the charge (time truck loading and two way travel distant ). ** **** *** ** ******* *** *** ***** **** **** ******* ** **** **** *** ****** *** ** ********* *** *** **** ***** We decided to hire another company to fix this leak issue. ** ****** ********* ******** *** *********** ***** ** *** *** ******** upon inspection there was no wax seal found. this is a very essential material to prevent leaking. So the plumber completed the job by adding wax seal the same visit . We paid the invoice of $293.80 .My husband contacted the manager of the previous company (Metro Plumbing and Heating) Titina and he explained to her with the photo taken , then he asked for a full refund for the invoice $293.80 indicating that we are not responsible to pay for her employees mistakes and also it is not fair we pay twice for the same job **** *********** ************ *** **************** ** *** ********* Titina and the plumber done the work (Frank) gave different *** ************ excuses to justify the mistake 1. The wax seal evaporated 2. The company you higher over charge At the end I demand a full refund of the amount of $293.80 that I paid to rectify the wrong doing of the plumber from Metro Plumbing and Heating. A copy of the paid invoice has been provided to Titina.
