I paid RONALD SEALEY (DOC ROOFING AND RENOVATIONS) to replace all eaves on the property I own. $800 was paid Dec. XX XXXX for materials, Feb. 24th $2025 was paid for the completed job. I have these payments documented through e-transfer via my bank. My tenant complained about leaking from one of the eaves onto their front steps. April 1st I contacted Ron about the leak, was still trying to get him to fix it come November, and we are now into the new year. I have been asking him to fix it for 9 months. Given that the leak is icing the steps I am having to hire someone else now to fix the problem, which will cost me $1189.89. I have the text requests and responses (including empty promises and unbelievable excuses) which I can provide if needed. I want a refund from the amount I have to pay to cover the cost of the fix, the estimate for the fix is attached below along with the estimate from Ron for the job that I paid for. The number I have on hand for Ron is different than that I see listed above: XXX-XXX-XXXX
