On July 11, 2023 I brought my puppy into this clinic prior to this appointment. I asked them to contact the clinic that she was originally taken into as a puppy to get her paperwork. This clinic notified me that they would do this. On the day of my appointment they took me into the appointment room I then reminded them that my Puppy had already had her first shots and we were doing a booster. On top of that they had the opportunity to do my other dog shots as well so in the meantime, I paid $410 for both dogs to get done due to their unprofessional ways and my busy schedule, they did not give me back my money that was change for the appointment because I came to $403, they did not give me paperwork for 8 week old puppy. I then called the clinic and I asked them to please provide me with the paperwork, and that is when I found out, they did not even do the right boosters. Like I asked, they tried to blame me for their mistake, and they also did not give me back. The money that I was entitled to has change I was in total panic mode because they didn’t listen to me when I reminded them a third time my puppy is a Yonge Puppy and it’s very crucial as to what goes inside her body. I feel like this clinic didn’t take the time to listen me or even listen to what I said prior to this appointment to make sure my puppy was safe. They gave me the deworming without even looking at her records and after the phone call, I came to the conclusion that they refused to give me the proper paperwork they missed properly, treated my puppy with medication that was not contingent to what I was there for. As a business professional, and taking care of someone’s baby, I feel like this office, needs to take some time and consideration and listen to their customers on top of that the billing that they gave me had no information on how much per shot was or how much I had to pay per shot.
