    In regards to the last two visits we were invoiced when the tech left here on September 30th, it was late in the afternoon, it was warm that day. He adjusted the thermostat to increase the temperature to see if the furnace worked (it was already warm in the house as it was +18) and then he turned it off. He proceeded to tell me everything was fixed and I put my trust in what he told me and he left for the day. I carried on with my duties as a mom as our kids were coming home from school soon. Once the temperature dropped in the house, I went to turn on the furnace and it was NOT working. Their office was closed for the weekend and no after hours number was provided on the voicemail. I called on Monday as again no after hours or weekend number to call. I proceeded to tell them the issue and my frustration in what was happening and when he left on Friday the furnace was NOT working (even though the invoice states otherwise). He came again on October 4th in the morning, he was here for less than an hour and told me that he had to adjust the position of the flame rod. I feel that this definitely should of been caught on Friday before he left. If he would of turned the furnace off and back on again it wouldn't of went on and he would of figured it out on Friday that he had to adjust the flame rod, instead of coming again on the Tuesday to do this and us paying ANOTHER $190. I do not have issues with the previous invoices but now I feel like they overcharged us for the other visits and question their services. I did try to resolve on my own in hopes that upper management (*** ********) would contact me and we could talk it out but he didn't even acknowledge my emails. Also, on the invoice for March 29th - our hot water tanks were fine it was the propane regulator that needed to be fixed which now makes me question if he actually needed to fix the regulators in February?! We did have our furnace cleaned August 2021.

    Absolutely a horrible experience billed for zero work completed by them even worse they added a web fee for their driver googling a website on his company phone without consent. To make it worse they sent this to collections and added the cell charge to put for their collection agent. for nothing absolutely nothing

    We are disappointed that **** was not satisfied with our service.ABC was scheduled to install a kitchen sink for ****, when we arrived onsite December 1, 2021 *********** found the sink to be bought at a big box store, bought on clearance and not a brand any plumber would purchase or supply. It was missing the mounting hardware and the gasket to protect the counter top. Unfortunately, we only carry parts for main brands of sinks - so we had nothing to offer. *********** spent the time with the homeowner and went online and found the parts and part numbers required for **** and they were going to return to the big box store and purchase.**** purchased the parts and completed the installation on his own. After 7 months of **** refusing to pay his minimum 1 hour service call he was put in Collections.
