I purchased a part for my ****** ****** on April 29th via the website *************************** and paid with my credit card. I called a couple of times to try and get an update on my order but no one answered and you cannot leave a voicemail. On their website, it indicates ''Fill out the form below and a representative will contact you by e-mail or phone within 24 business hours.'' I sent an email on May 11th and at the end of May and haven't heard back from them. I want to know when to expect my order or if I have to cancel it.Business response

18/03/2022 ordered Jeep grill in the amount of $223.99 7:30 am in the morning. 21/03/2022 tried reaching out to company via email and phone (voicemail was full) continued to reach vendor with no response l called my credit card company to see if I was charged and they took my money but there isn't anyone returning my emails nor I cannot speak to anyone. I revived a text message just saying sorry I missed your call and an email status update on my order I wanted to cancel with no signature or name of a contact person. Reviews of this company are not so promising I want to cancel my order and have my money refunded. I have not received any communications from vendor since my credit card company tried to reach them on 22/03/2022. I am hoping by doing this complaint I maybe able to get my money back as my credit card company tried to reach vendor with no communication whatsoever. ************************************************ I have not received this product ******************************************* I hope you can assist me and thank you for your time.
