i purchased a piece of furniture in October for 299.00 chargred to my **** ansd after repeatted attemps to contact the business was hung up and yelled at by the stores employees I would like a refund to my **** card for this purchase as i no longer want to deal with this business. The sales receipt number is ****.I called them today November 18 at 1000 in the number to talk to someone about this order to no avail again.Can you please help resolve this issue.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/19) */ Outstanding item on the invoice has been delayed by transport comapanies on the west coast in British Columbia due to mud slides and a state of emergency. If customer does not wish to wait any longer for the outstanding item, he is more than welcome to visit our store and receive a full refund for the item.
