i placed an order on ****** on june 16 2022 for Set of 5 - 12V 20Ah 6-DZM-20 Heavy Duty eBike Battery Pack 60-Volt for Electric Bike Scooters by UPSBatteryCenter since this was the wrong colour (which they sent was orange not blues) and wrong model number as well but did get a return label contacted ****** many many times been hung up on and did return the batteries to ups battery centre through ***** ****** after months of having to call about 50 times if not more then said i took to long returning the batteries therefore not returning my money and is hould talk with UPS battery centre So i contacted then many times and was told someone would call me back no one ever did and after about 3 months they told me i made a a complaint several times and what did ****** say when i told them because i took to long i was hung up on again by ups battery centre and at one point ups battery told me to contact the email on the home page to get my batteries back but again several emails sent nothing in return so I would like my money back or my batteries back prefer the money since UPS battery has the returned batteries *** ** number TORONTO, ON, CA, Reference *************** The following is the proof-of-delivery for tracking number: ************ Thank you for choosing ***** Status: Signed for by: Service type: Special Handling: Delivered To: Delivery Location: Delivery date: Delivery Information: Shipping Information: Tracking number: Ship Date: Weight: Signature image is available.
