I was contacted by this company to be an "ambassador" and in return receive a free bathing suit, having only to pay for shipping. I purchased the bathing suit from their website in June of 2021. After one of not receiving a shipping confirmation I contacted the company and inquired into the holdup. I was informed that there were shipping delays and could expect the bathing suit in the near future. I advised that I would prefer a refund as I was having concerns about the validity of the business. I was informed that because I only paid for shipping I could not receive a refund so I did not cancel the order.

Over the next SIX months of not receiving anything I would occasionally message the company inquiring into the shipment. I was repeatedly told about their shipping delays and that they would expedite my order.*************************************************************** ************. They do not post authentic reviews and limit their social media comments to positive comments only, misleading customers into trusting their business practices.

Finally, in January 2022, after threatening further action I was promised a full refund of what I paid for shipping. The initial refusal of refund was **************** in an attempt to ***** money for merchandise they have no intention of derlivering.
