  They supposed to follow the blueprint that was attached to the contract to follow exactly same measurement as it was mentioned in the contract but they didn’t . The stair is not the things that supposed to be, the work is not clean as he mentions, the driveway has lots of crack in the first day. The retaining wall is not finish, they broken the side walk, they didn’t clean the site, they left framing of retaining wall in the site (not removed framing) the slope of driveway is not correct, the stair is really dirty and they just cover it with handmade cement and it is really ugly, the retaining wall supposed to be like the picture that we sent and he confirmed that it would be same ,but they used OSB plywood and the texture and wood in on the wall, I asked them to clean and he didn’t do any thing, they left all garbage in my driveway.After framing the stair _ checked it and I called him and told him that this measurement is not as the blueprint and he said I checked and it is same but after they opened the frame he told me that they are 8” off, and I asked him to fix it and he said I am not doing anything. And along the process of the work every time that I asked him to fix anything he said I am not doing anything and this is what it is.I paid $1000 extra for 40” catch basin and he did not return my money.

  The Homeowner was happy with all the work/services provided, up until final payment was due (as of today still outstanding balance,), ** *** *** **** **** ** ******** the job is completed. above and beyond what she has paid for. also Homeowner had known about the actual stair framing being approx 8' off because the wall she  had drawn in her "Drawings" was not thick enough and had to be a minimum of 6-8 inches which bumped us out on steps. Also the 40 inch extra drains, there was 2 going to be installed 80inch total , on contract it states will be paid as a extra, the Saturday morning before concrete was to arrive to site, she sent a text message saying just leave drains as is , after drains were placed ready to go, as she would not give me the original $650 i charged them for -they also were not charged a extra $1000. She was only to give me a extra $650 which i did not get after drains were purchaced and installed, she told us to remove them.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  My name is *****,the homeowner that communicate with frank from the first day and I never was happy in any stage of the work. ************** ** ** *** ******** ************** *** *** *********** *** *** ****** **** ** *******

  After starting framing I told him that this is not the job that we agreed and he told me he will fix everything and I should wait until the job be finished but at the end, he told me we can’t do anything and this is what it is.
  
  For the stairs ** *** *** *** ** ********** the thickness of the wall goes out and no need to go inside my landing and it is not causing 8” off.
  After[U1]  they framed the porch and stairs, I called frank about the dimension but he told me I checked several times and it is good but after they removed the framing, they figured out what they did and ** ******* ******* *** ****** *** ** * ****** I missed one stair and nothing is according the building codes. And my stairs and porch are not safe *** ** **** *** ** *******
