STATUM RESOLUTION
The issue with this purchase is as follows:’
I had two large sofas custom made in early spring of this year.
Shortly after having received the sofas I noticed that the cushions were becoming distorted in that the outer piping and seams were twisting and making he cushion lose its shape. I met with the owner of the company to express my concerns. He told me that this issue was due to the material I had chosen. So I informed him that I had asked the salesperson for a good quality fabric and I upgraded the foam for the cushions as I did not want to have to replace these couches for a while. I was never informed that my select ion of fabric would cause these issues as I would have selected a different fabric, ** * **** **** *** ************** *** **** ** *** ****** *** ******* *** ***** ******* ***** *** ********* The owner informed me that I had to expect this type of deformity of the cushions due to the fabric. I responded by telling him that had I been properly informed about this possibility I would not have chosen this fabric. So I brought a pillow the me that day and he has it stuffed but I still have the same problem and he still has another one of my cushions. In the meantime I have been ignored by both the customer service agent and the owner. I have sent them an email asking to resolve this issue and I have not been able to reach anyone there.
Since then I have had to pay another fabricator to restuff my cushions and order new foam. **** *** **** ** **** ***** *** *** ****** *** *** **** * *******
** *** **** *********** *** ********* ******* **** **** ******** I would like the problems resolved or have a refund.
