      I sold a gift to cardswap in May 2023, I received an email on June 6th stating my check was mailed out to me. I did not receive anything I contacted them on a June 14th stating the check not arrived. The business replied stating that it could take 7-15 business days. I’m not sure what timeline they’re on cause per ****** **** local mail takes 2-3 business days to arrives. To this date I still have not received my check. Not sure what kind of **** this company is running, or they’re waiting to sell the card before they give me money. If they fail to provide me my funds immediately via transfer or a new check with tracking I will take further actions to file a complaint against this **** of a company.

      Thank you for reaching out to us about this. We have looked into this further and can confirm that we received your card end of May and we sent out the cheque on June 6th. As part of our process, we do ask our customers to wait up to 2 weeks to receive the cheque as from time to time ****** **** can take a little longer than usual and this is also dependent on where the mail is being sent across Canada. It looks like it has now been over the 2 weeks period and we would be more than happy to assist you and send a replacement cheque. A representative will call you today to confirm your shipping address and arrange for a replacement asap.

      I have been doing business with this company for a very long time, however on this last transaction they are giving me the run around. The gift cards sold to them arrived last Friday 11/04/22, the email stated the gift cards have been received and I should get the check in 2-3 business days, as I usually do. However the time passed, I contacted them via email, was told they’re working on it, again told me should be done soon, then was told by end of the week. I emailed them saying it’s now been 6 business days and they said if I want my gift cards back since it’s taking too long. I stayed no I paid for packaging and waited this long I just want to know when it will be done. I was told hopefully today yet I received no email stating the check was mailed. I’m not sure if they ran out of money or something as it doesn’t take this long to validate and if it does change the information on your website to reflect the truth. If I do not get my money early next week I will escalate this matter further.

      I see that you have made almost 20 transactions with us over the past 10 years without any complaints. I have looked up your account and see that you already cashed your cheque for $566.72 on November 21st at *** Bank. ****** **** takes longer to deliver mail during their peak times and they were also closed for November 11th (Remembrance Day).Kindly confirm that you received your payment and that it is for the correct amount.  It does take time for us to process orders and mail the payment out when we have high volume.
