my husband passed away April 12 2023, he payed every thing on line, I however do not, i noticed that 106.25 $ was going out of my account monthly and called to verify exactly what company this was. They have been permanently closed for some time and telephone is no longer in service, I have spoken to my bank and they suggested I put a stop payment Which I did, the company in question called me Tuesday November 14 at 7 pm to inform me that they were no longer offering their services. I responded with " Your company says they are permanently closed and she responded well, this isn't why I'm calling. I would like to have them refund me every payment they have taken from me since their bankruptcy . If I owed them this money they would do every thing to get payed, this is not ok.Business response

Our company did not file for bankruptcy and we are still in operation. Even though there is a buyout associated to terminate the contract I will terminate the billing and will not collect the buyout amount.Customer response

What does this mean, can I not claim a refund? they contacted me they were no longer offering the services I had been paying for monthly.
What is the buy out they are telling me about. thank you

There is no reason to refund. As a goodwill from our end we are terminating the buyout at zero dollar. The customer should not receive anymore charges.
