    Hello I really need your help. I purchased couches from this company stating they are leather couches and incrediblely sturdy. I've had them under 6 months and they are peeling. This is the 3rd time I am having issue's with this company. The first time they delivered the supposed leather couches. The couches were damaged and peeled. Which cost me $1700. They ignored me for weeks ****************************************************. They promised me new couches in 2 days. They left me without couches for almost 2 weeks and did not give me new couches they just repaired the old ones. When they finally arrived they too were damaged but I accepted them because I have ******************** literally had no where to sit. But now the couches are peeling and coming apart. I called and ******************************* I asked them about the warranty on couches and they said a year. So I proceeded to tell them my situation. I sent pictures of the damages and after that they ignored me. ************************************************************************************************************************* they replied and said they would send out a leather technician to my house to repair the damages. ******************************************************************************************************* if it was a genuine mistake that these couches came out bad that if they recommended material. Id accepted paying material for supposed leather prices. They *************************** said the only thing they are willing to do is repair the damages. To which I said I was fed up with the **** they sold me and that I either wanted new couches or a refund. That the stiching is coming apart and are peeled. They ******* at me and said well that's all we are willing to do.     ** * ***** **** **** ********* ******* * ******** **** ****** * ****** * **** ***** ***** **** **** ***** ************* ************** *** ******* ** ** **** **** * **** **** **** ****** I purchased a sofa back in January 2019 (not to mention that they were 5+ hours late on the delivery) and by April it had completely fallen apart. The cushions were deflated and springs are popping out of every cushion. The back cushions have also deflated and the leather is warping. When I called the store to complain, they told me at first that since I had bought it on sale that it's to be expected?? What does that have to do with anything? I bought it brand new in the box? Then they said to send pictures, which i did, and after many complaints that they would replace the sofa. But when I would call to follow up on where my new sofa was, they had every excuse under the sun including that the shipment from overseas was delayed, it arrived but it was the wrong style, then the wrong color, etc. 6 months later, I am still waiting for a replacement for my sofa and I have not received it nor have I received a refund on my payment. I have sent numerous emails, text messages and voice mails and zero response from them. I've even called 3 times today and they don't answer the phones or respond to my texts. I have been dealing with the owner Narinder, who is **** *** ********* *** full of excuses when you talk to him. **** *** **** **** **** ******* *** ***** ******* ** *** **** *** ** *** ******** ******* ** **** *** **** ****** *** **** ** *** ******** *** **** ****** **** ***** ** **** ******* * *** ** ********* ******* I originally posted **** negative review and the owner finally called me and told me that if I did not remove the negative review that he would not replace my sofa. They then delivered, after 6 months of dealing with this, the wrong colour. The owner told me he'd re-deliver the right color the following week. At this point, I was done.
