      ******** ******** ******** I have applied for Incorporation on 22nd August. There is a website to track the status and a dummy helpline as well in the form of a chat. Dummy because nobody is available for chat even though I have been logging in and trying to post my message there for the past 3 days. I am now worried whether my hard-earned money has been wasted and whether I applied in a legal site or not.

      Tried using IncorpMaster and after 90 days past sue delivery of services no refund that was requested, no communication as if they have me ignored on all sources of communication. no signs of a refund and no signs of service.       ************************************ I tried to file for a license and the ************** agent I got was named Rezaul. Every email he sent was cut off. From the very first one. I couldn't read any of the important legal information. I asked him to resend. He kept sending new emails that were also cut off. Numerous times I asked him to resend his emails, and not once did he do so. Instead, he blamed me for not being able to read it because "no one else has this issue". Blaming me vs fixing the problem. I forwarded him the emails and sent screenshots and she still continued to send new emails and not resend any of the prior emails that were cut off.
      He said he would send me a link...no link sent. The amount of time I spent contacting him to fix issues or remind him was absurd. He finally sent the link. The link provided 2 options...none of which Razaul explained, so I called for him to walk me through it. He laughed (basically calling me stupid) and said I'm just going to cancel your order and hung up on me. I could not believe it!
      I wanted nothing to do with this company so was fine with the refund, but he held back $112 as an admin fee. He did absolutely nothing but cost me time and cause me aggravation. Again, his very first email and every subsequent email was cut off.
      I called, left voicemails, emailed and instant messaged Incorpmaster 14 times over the next 2 months and not once did anyone get back to me. Took my money and ran and hid.
      I finally got Jim C., a senior on the floor, on the phone. He said this is definitely a learning opportunity for Razaul but would not refund me. He said the owner never comes in. I said I would be leaving a negative BBB review and he said that was fine. What does that tell you about the company? I'm sure the owner wouldn't be impressed. Hours and hours wasted...and a negative review, all for $112 that was taken without knowledge or consent. Others have complained about the same. **********

      We are sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasing experience with us. In IncorpMaster Canada, we are committed to provide great service to each of our customers.

      We have looked into the matter. Looks like there may have been technical issues in email delivery. Since none of other customers' were having issues, the agent assumed the problem might be on customer side. However, the agent could have sent the information through alternative ways such as by fax. Anyway, the customer requested to cancel the order and refund the payment. Since the agent worked on the order (required information check, business name availability check with Corporations Canada and sending consent letter draft due to name conflict), the order was not eligible for full refund. We have refunded $490.42 out of $602.29 paid by the customer. Only $111.87 was charged based on the work done. We think charging this amount was fair.

      We also don't find it professional to demand money back (charged legitimately based on the work done) threatening a business of posting negative reviews. That's why, the agent could not agree with the unfair demand. *************************************************************** ****************** However, we will strive to give you pleasing service in the future. Please talk to the team lead before you place the order. We hope you great success in your business.

      If you look at other reviews, many people have the exact same issue and complaint as me. Very poor service and experience, and no one answers or replies once money is taken for the very poor job done, or even worse, no job done at all. You have a history of taking money and going MIA. Not good at all.
      That is an excuse and your agent shouldn't have assumed anything. He should know better than that, and you should know better than to say that. Especially when I stated it half a dozen times and forwarded him exactly what I was seeing/what was missing.
      No, that is the problem. THE AGENT said "I'm just going to cancel your order". And then he hung up on me. I didn't agree to it, nor was I aware of a $112 fee for him wasting my time, as he did nothing except send cut off emails. I received no information as every email, from the very 1st one, was cut off. That is another excuse/lie as there was no name conflict. It was my sole proprietor business that I was incorporating - which I made him aware of from the very 1st call. I declined the check, so why would you say he needed to check? And why would you charge me for such?
      If you think charging $112 for work done, when no work was done, then we have a problem - which is why we're here.
      Excuse me? You don't find it professional to demand money back for work that was NOT done? I received nothing. ******************************************************** Again, the agent ignored all of my requests (to simply resend cut off emails), and HE said he was cancelling the order, and then hung up the phone. I spent weeks and left dozens of voicemails, emails and IM chats to have someone call me regarding this matter, and it was ignored every single time. Horrible/non existent customer service. *************************************************************** ***** Shame on you for your non existent customer service and beyond frustrating experience ******************. If you truly cared about your clients and reputation, you would have spent time reading the emails and listening to the calls - and brought the rep in for discipline and further training.
      Lastly, and most importantly, if you think you're right, then **** wouldn't have credited me back and red flagged your company.
