Good afternoon, On August 23, 2022 Spray foam kings insulated my garage roof. I paid them $4,260 which I have the invoice for. Unfortunately, they over-sprayed the soffits and caused $2,400 worth of damage. I informed them at the time and submitted the pictures of damage and the original invoice from the roofers on the cost of repair. Spray Foam Kings assured me they would cover the cost and their customers satisfaction was the priority. I gave them another option. To applying the majority of the $2,400 balance to the wall insulation of the same garage. There have been many commitments made by both ***** ***** and ***** ***** (Owners) over the following months to rectify the issue, all to which I have records of. As of about a month ago, they have stopped responding. I know have insulated the inside of the garage as the project needed to move forward. Both ***** and ***** of Spray Foam Kings have been contacted and asked to repay the $2400 which should be part of their 2 year guarantee and their $5 million quoted insurance liability. We are a very small family and this has been a great stress for us. $2,400 is a lot of money for us and we don't know where else to turn. This is our attempt at seeking help and ended the issue without going to Small Claims Court. We appreciate your guidance, ******* *** ********
