They insisted later on after collecting an abundance of 'copies' of documents for Instance that my grandfather's death certificate must be 'original.' He died out of country at home. So I arrange to ***-** to get this one document in original form to them not including the ***-** bill to them I might add. They assure me that the document will be return to me safely no wprries. Rather than confirm my address before sending anything out, they sent it back to wrong address and now grandfather's death certificate is lost forever. They sent out snail mail too and not by a mail company that does signature required to collect ie safely like they promised. My address was not submitted by me in error to. I know where I live...their error. Their ombudsman is a no reply/no acknowledgment person too to resolve anything.Review from Karimah H

** * *** **** * ***** * ****** *** ***** ********* ******* ***** Upon getting these policies for.my family, the agent did not state that I was getting "flexible premium adjustable" life insurance. My husband has two policies which was not explained to me. The agent provided a wrong number on the policies to contact him. I called the company to cancel all policies and they told me I will have to have everyone that has a policy to send an email stating they will like to cancel We sent the email on 9/9/23 and payments are still being deducted from my bank account.Review from Donna D

Foresters is a predatory company that has verbiage in every policy to get out of paying claims. Don't be a fool like me and fall for this horrible company. They are not bbb accredited. **** *** * ***** ***** *******. They get there victims by seeing who just bought a house and then sending a sales person out to **** *** **** *** convince you that this is such a great insurance. They are not. Foresters renewed a cancelled policy, tripled the rate and took the money out of my account. They have been saying that they were sending money back to me for two months now. I doubt it will ever come. Started legal action.Review from Bruce F.

I had a 100K policy paying $100 a month for 39 years. Foresters increased my cost to $365 eight years ago without notification. They have been drawing money out of my cash surrender value without my approval. When I inquired, they stated I should have looked more closely at my statement. I went to a financial advisor and they advised me to take my loss and close the account now! ********* ** *** * **** ********Review from Brian H

We were contacted by a Foresters representative when we refinanced our mortgage , we were told that if we were to sell or end our contract that a portion of premiums would be refunded. Well that ain’t happening and the agent we used won’t return our calls now after paying 2.5 years on it . This company ********* *** unauthorized debited money out of my bank account for over a year. I have no account with them! They refuse and fight to reimburse my money back that they ***** from me **** ******* ** * ****** * ***** ***** **** ** **** *** my bank put their debits to the stop but I still need my money back you cannot talk to a person of management or supervisor. ****** ******* ************ call me and fix the problem ** **** *** * *****
