      I ordered cbd gummies from cannaleafz. I got hemp sugar coated gummies from ** a distrinuter called ***** *********, that were nothing like what I ordered. I spoke to a representative of (***** *********) b/c the number on my confirmation of the online product from cannaleafz, left me on hold then hung up. I was told that I got what I ordered. My credit card and was charged in the name of another company (****** ******* ******* and ******** account, for further orders. I had not requested a subscription, I had not ordered hemp gummies, and I wanted the full refund promised by the company I ordered from ( cannaleafz). That was refused and I was told that the most I would receive upon return of the items was $191. They took 4 payment from my credit card.: Dec 22…373.61 and 24.28 Jan. 10…147.29 Jan. 12…142.29 I will provide proof of return, but require a FULL refund. They refused as I mentioned above. There appears to be at least three company names involved, all mentioned above.

      $361.44 was charged to my **** when I ordered a special from this company for a total of $39.95. Unable to contact my bank to reverse this transaction as they are closed on Sunday. This is an absolute ****. What can I do to cancel this transaction?

      My complaint is identical to the complaint received from Edmonton Alberta, ordered CBD and received Hemp products and increased the amount of product ordered at a greater cost 357.00. Called to request a refund and was told no refund was available . The certificate provided confirms there is 0 CBD in the hemp gummies. I took a screen shot of the confirmed order and it was a completely different product than what was delivered. I was also told that the hemp had CBD in it and it was relabeled because the Canadian government applied significantly higher taxes on the product if labelled CBD. These folks are purposefully deceiving the consumer . I seldom order this type of product on line now I know why. ***** *******

      Product delivered was not the product that I purchased. Supposed to be 100% pure CBD oil as written on the label. They sent a mix of hemp seed oil, sucrose and corn syrup and a dozen other additives. They charged me a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping. They claimed that the package was different but the content was the same. Not true. Nothing was the same. I called as soon as I received the gummies to say I did not want them as they were not what I ordered and I would not consume anything that did not have the ingredients listed clearly on the label. They did not send me what I ordered. I asked for a full refund. After several emails and phone calls, they still wouldn't provide me with a full refund. I was charged $179.00 Canadian dollars and a $20.00 shipping fee to send it back. They refunded me $100.00 Canadian dollars. Said there was a 20% re-stocking fee and I would not get the tax back. I want a full refund given that it was false advertising and I was not sent what I ordered.

      I ordered 3 jars of CBD gummies from this company at $39.98 each. They charged me $348.99. When I instantly saw this charge on my ********** I called right away and after being hung up on twice, I spoke to Layla who said she was a supervisor. She proceeded to read me a long script of why she couldn't refund my money. When I told her I had not ordered what she claimed I had I again asked her to cancel my order. She refused saying it was being sent and I could send it back but it would cost a fee of $100. When I tried to speak she spoke over me reciting their policy. She then hung up on me.

      As the company claims it will refund the money it took from me, I will accept the settlement. I can only hope others, especially senior citizens like myself won't have to go through this process.

      On November 14, 2021, I saw a very prominent ad on the **** homepage. This was for Cannaleafz CBD gummies, which are purported to help with chronic pain control. I subsequently ordered 2 bottles of this product and received confirmation of the order via email the same day, confirmation number ******************* When the product arrived several days later, it was not as advertised in any way as they sent hemp oil gummies, which doesn't contain any of the CBD component required for pain control, so I contacted the vendor accordingly, explaining that not only did they send me the wrong gunnies product, but that they also added additional items I never ordered, and charged my **** account correspondingly. My order was placed on-line with ************************** but the charges for the products were made by *************** for the gummies, and ******************* for the additional items I never actually ordered, these additional products being hemp oil drops and hemp skin cream. I then contacted ************************** via email, requesting a full refund and they subsequently refunded $59.94 CAN of the $171.25 to **************** and $20.95 to ******************* I was actually charged in my **** account. I sent several additional emails to them over the intervening period to no avail, as not only have then not reimbursed me for the full amount, but they have not responded to any of these 5 emails, t*************************************************************** As I am hard of hearing, correspondence is preferred by email, my address is: ********@****.ca My home address is:***, XXXXX-XXX Street Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. *** *** Thanks, and best regards ***** * *****

      Advertisement "clearly" is for CBD gummies, 150gm pure CBD oil. Was 39.99 - Buy 3 Get 3 Free. Originally I was billed for 6 which came to 357.75 Canadian. I phoned and after 2 phone calls and a LOT of arguing they did credit half the monies back 178.08. This was all before I actually received the product. Once the product arrived I tried to call again because the product is NOT even CBD.... it is a totally different package (they said they have repackaged the product) MOSTLY it is HEMP SEED OIL, 300mg. When I first complained they told me there would be a 20% destalking fee and I would have to pay the return shipping. I feel as it is not even the product advertised I should receive FULL refund.....
