    BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning billing and advertising issues. Specifically, consumers allege that they signed up for a free trial and later discovered unexpected and/or unauthorized charges on their credit cards. According to complaints filed with BBB, consumers are prompted to sign up for the trial through advertisements which indicate they only need to pay for shipping. Complaints suggest that the advertising was misleading and did not disclose that they were signing up for a subscription service or that their credit cards would be automatically billed.

    On November 11, 2020, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. BBB has not received a response to date.

      ****** ****** **** displayed price for product $49.00. It displayed in shopping card $49.00 Right after I edited added credit card number and clicked ok. Different amount was changed. The company behind the scene added another products and total cost displayed $372.62 I immediately called this company and asked to cancel all. Although they sent confirmation that transacting went through successfully - they refused to cancel. They said they will see transaction on their end only in few days. On the website its also was message that product will be delivered within two weeks due to value of orders. However they rushed this order and put label "expedited Order" . I do not want any orders from them as they doing dishonest business. I never opened received package, I want to send it back and I want my money. Please assist.

      I ordered (1) sample product ... this is a huge ****. I was charged 310.47 on my credit card. These products keep coming and are unwanted. I attempted to call the number associated with the postal code, no answer. No voicemail, nothing... I tried to put a hold on my credit card. No luck. THIS IS a ****.

      The Business has been taking money off my Credit Card for several months after receiving a sample of their product. I tried to have the payment stopped by canceling my credit card and receiving a new card with a new number, this attempt did not work. Contacted the Company by phone and their reply was that they have no records that they have billed my Credit Card number or shipped product to me. I want a refund for the product that I’ve never received.

      I was billed $99.99 on my ****** ****. When calling the number listed I was told it was a business conference number, and they had no idea why a charge was there.

      I ordered ONE product online from this company who apparently uses several names and charged it to my **** credit card, the product was called **** oil and had nothing in it to make a person high or anything. It was, as it said, just to help with natural well being and things in the body. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************. You would put several drops under your tongue each day and you would just begin to feel more calm and etc. Looking back I suppose I should have known how ridiculous that was. But I have been suffering with this condition a long, long time and I thought I would try it. On Wed, Feb 09, 2022 *********************** charged my **** Card, without my permission or prior knowledge for a product I DID NOT order, in the amount of $174.03 (it was stated on my **** transaction that $133.49 and an extra $40.54 in the Canadian Exchange Currency Rate. On January 29, 2022 they charged me S2.61 for some kind of united states tax again. On january 26, 2022 they charged my **** credit card $38.96 Plus again us exchange rate $6.44, AND AGAIN 6.44. Their charges do not even make sense. Only one product I ordered just one and that was **** oil at $38.96 the rest of the stuff they sent me capsules, and cream, I DID NOT ORDER! ************** The **** oil ************** does not work, I am throwing it out and the other two products which they sent me I did not even order just the **** oil. On the package they do not send any way for person to contact them like ****** does just alot of confusing information. They go by several names with each different product. *********************** *********** ** THAT WAS THE $174.03 CHARGE THEY PUT ON MY **** CARD THAT i DID NOT ORDER AT ALL! Other product went under name of company stating it was called *************************, another called *************************, ********************* etc

      I saw an ad by Canadian Extracts (Alpha Extracts) on December 2, 2021 advertising a free trial product once I paid shipping & handling fees. I received the free trial product and did not make any further orders to this company. On January 12th, 2022 I noticed 2 charges on my credit card statement in the amount of $213.20 US dollars, the equivalent of $275.02 CAD. I immediately called the company on January 12th and after making enquiries, requested a cancellation of these products which I did not order and a return of funds to my credit card. I was provided with the Cancellation # *********. I was also provided with a link where I had to request a return of funds and was told to wait 10 days before a decision was made to return funds to my credit card, albeit I did not authorize these charges. I called Alpha Extracts on January 21, 2022 to hear the outcome of my request for funds being returned to my credit card. I was informed then that I would not be receiving back any of my money. So, I did not get any products, no invoice as to what I was being charged $275 for and would not be receiving funds charged to my credit card. I told them I would be seeking redress through channels available to consumers. At 9:43 am of January 22, 2022 I received an email from the company saying they would be now reversing one of the charges which amounted to $108.74 US but not the charge for $104.46 US. I called the company again to find out the reason/s behind why I was not getting a full refund. I called three times and each time, the script verbalized by the agents were the same which was they are unable to refund the full amount and then they hung up the phone on me. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
