I purchased a textbook from Pearson for a class taken in 2020-2021. I started receiving notices of a balance owing to Pearson with the date of May 2021. I contacted Pearson and was told this was a billing error and would be corrected. I'm still receiving monthly billing invoices and upon contacting them again, they state that the taxes owing for the book purchase was not paid *** **** *** **** ******* ******* ** ***** ********** *** ******** ** *** ********** *** * *** **** ***** ***** ** ***** *********** Now that I'm looking for the supporting evidence, I paid the full 80.49 and are claiming that I did not pay the taxes. ********** ** *** ***** ******* **** ***** *** ******* *** ********* ***** ****** **** * *** **** ******Initial Complaint

Purchased a textbook that was not delivered and the company refuses to send me a new copy or provide me with a refund. I have had to call back and forth with them, the shipping company, and have actually had to drive to a warehouse and have been told it’s lost. Pearson refuses to take any action. I want a refund as I paid for a product that was not provided.
