Company reactivated a skipped order and refused to refund on the day they charged my credit card. In the account history it shows the item has not been prepared for shipment and I contacted customer support and they stated they held the delivery since I am out of town but refused to refund and would only convert to a credit for future orders.Initial Complaint

The company has no point of contact. They re-started a subscription with no contact to me. There is no way to permanently delete an account. I have disputed the charge with my credit cad company and am awaiting response. The shipment has been processed and the charge has been processed, but neither has been finalized. There is no way to contact them to prevent the charge and shipment.Initial Complaint

On April 29, 2022, almost three years since the cancellation of my subscription with Revive Organics (Revive Superfoods), I was billed $191.76 to my credit card. There was no invoice, no order placed, no interaction whatsoever with the company after cancelling my subscription in June of 2019.Initial Complaint

*************** I tried the product and then tried to cancel and I had to work it hard for them to actually confirm I was cancelled. Then I went one step further because I DO NOT trust this company. I asked them to confirm my account was DEACTIVATED and I have an email confirming I was DEACTIVATED. This all happened back in Feb 2021. This morning when reviewing my credit card statement online I saw that they charged me two times on Dec 9th FOR $50.33.....coincidentally as I was trying to figure out what was going on there was a delivery to the door and it was from this company. Unfortunately we were not quick enough to catch the delivery guy to reject the order, so I called the delivery company and got them to pick up the order as it was not the correct address. This delivery is now on it's way back to this ******** company Revive Organic Inc. who does business out of Mississauga, Ontario. I have an email to them requesting the reversal of the charges and upon receiving that reversal I will update this post. These are HORRIBLE PRACTICES, Revive Organics should be ashamed of themselves. I had previously had an account with revive organics. I was unimpressed with the products so I stopped ordering. I received an email offering me 40% off to come back and new flavours. I clicked on the link to see if there was anything new I wanted to try. There wasn't and I closed the page. Yesterday I noticed a charge in my bank from Revive Organics for $86.36. I reached out to the company and they said by clicking on their email I reactivated my account and they would not be refunding my money. I did NOT know that looking at their new selections in an email would make me automatically have to buy their product again, this is ridiculous and misleading.Initial Complaint

In March, I cancelled the subscription. I went online to do som and it was eally hard to find so I called in to Customer Service. I told them I wanted to cancel and they walked me through it. (Their website navigation is purposely trying to avoid cancellation). This past Fruday, I noticed my **** balance was more than I thought - so I looked at it online and found that Revive had charged me for a months subscription again! Plus because I was close to my limit on that card, it also took me over my limit which cost me another $29. In total it was a charge of over $112. I did not agree to this charge, or to activate my subscription again, or to allow them to hold on to my credit card information. So I called customer service who presided to give me hours of who dunnit and wheres waldo, including putting me on hold for 30 mins + waitng for a non-existent supervisor. I went to ** and they refused to give me my refund! ********************
