Inkas Payments calls me several times per day. I have told them repeatedly that this is not a business number and to take me off the list. It is a waste of their time and mine every time they call as it’s just a residential number that used to be listed as a business number.

Customer was placed on our DO NOT CALL list, using the phone # they provided in the complaint.

Called my place of work and repeatedly asked for the person who dealt with our "POS machine" as they had some sort of "discount." When I asked if he had dealt with us before, he got angry with me. I told him we do not have an owner. He started to aggressively list different job titles that I could transfer him to. After he listed them he said, "Yes or no?" I said "no" and hung up, but as I went to put the phone down, I heard him say, "That wasn't so hard. Bye." Even if it was a legitimate business, it was immensely terrible customer service. ** ** *** *********** ** ** * *****

Inkas Payments has repeatedly been contacting our company despite our saying no to their unsolicited sales pitch and our requests to be placed on a "Do Not Call" list. We are continuing to receive about 1-3 calls per day from one of their team members or possibly a subsidiary. I would like this ********** to please stop.

Today, April 14, 2023, we received an unsolicited call from someone named John who claimed to be from ***** **** payment processing solutions (who is our actual payment processing company). He asked for extensive information about our rates and fees that we currently pay. After the conversation I reverse searched the companies phone number ************ and discovered that the number isn't ********* at all, but instead comes back to INKAS payments. This company is using "********" tactics to try and ******* businesses and outright ***** about who they really are!

Recording of the call was pulled and after listening to the call, it was very clear that the representative identified himself as John from Inkas Payments. There was no misunderstanding on where we were calling from.

I got a call from Inkas Payment , KIM E., she wanted to help me save my money on payment processing for my retail Store. She mentioned to me about ***** **** Payment processorsUS based company, using ****** terminals to collect money from customers on their purchases. She came back to me offered me a much better rate than ********and She said the payment Terminals are very easy to operate. I told her that I do not am to go through a learning curve of using new machines and training each one my employees l how to use them. She assured that the machines werey very easy to use. She also said that if for some reason I am not happy with the machines, she should cancel the agreement. She said although you will be signing a contract , but i assure you that," if you choose not to stick to ***** ****, I will cancel the contract without harm." if on March 7 she had me sign the contract to switch to ***** ****. She said it could take a week's time to get everything going. Nothing was approved till April 12. On April 12, I wrote her an email that i do not want to proceed with the agreement of switching services to another payment processor. Please cancel everything. Than she kept on convincing me , and I Declined to move forward. Few days later, they delivered the Machines to both my stores without my consent. Evan called me and said ,I should try connecting it and if I don’t like it I can send it back.So I connected the machines, My manager and staff used it for two days on one till to do the experiment. We did not connect all the tills. We found out that ***** **** payment processor did not Sync with our POS system, so we had to manually enter the purchase amount in the terminal for customers to pay. So we found this very inconvienent and will slow down our speed to serve our customers and employees could very well make a mistake in punching numbers. So we disconnected the terminals and I delivered them back to them. Now they are sending me collection bill of $3400.

Inkas continues to call my office to ask about financing. We have told them numerous times that we are not interested and to take us off of their list but they continue to call again and again. Their systems do not appear to update to take potential customers off of their list.
