To whom it may concern, We are in assistance to reach some sort of conclusion with Mortgage Alliance. We renewed our mortgage on June 30th and noticed some discrempencies caused by our Mortgage Broker Tina T. We contacted someone higher by the name of Tony L. in July. He then passed our case over to Jason D. which we have been going back and forth with since August. Jason denied all our concerns and was of no help. He then decided to request additional information from us which we sent at the beginning of September. We have not heard back from him since and have sent three follow up emails. ** *** ********* ***** ******* Jason is supposed to be the Complaints Officer and has been of no help. We have come to this point of having to contact the BBB because Jason is ignoring our emails and is not assisting us. If someone can please assist us, that would be appreciated.
