I have ordered a furniture from bad boy in the month of May which costed us around 8000K. But they couldn’t deliver us all the furniture and just sent a 2 seat recliner faulty recliner which costed around 3025.53 and took an additional advance amount of 500 for the rest of the order which is not delivered until today. Later in December we got to know they are bankrupt and asked us to call our credit card company. But we cannot dispute the transaction as it over 115 days. They kept pushing the date until i passed the timeline on my credit card. Now we are not sure on how to get back the moneyReview from Shavindri R

Few weeks ago we ordered a sectional and the movers tried to force it up our stairway and damaged our door! I had advised them prior to NOT damage our house since we cannot afford to keep fixing it, since they damaged our walls the last time. As they brought in our new sectional up the stairs, they ended up gouging a hole in our bathroom door and now say they won’t compensate for this damage! This is the second time we've had to deal with damage to our house because of Lastman’s Bad Boys. Replacing our bathroom door will cost us atleast a few hundred dollars, in addition to time. Horrible service and their movers do not care about damaging your home! I was told by the movers we would be compensated and their manager Ved & Evan have refused to pay the consequences for their damage. Would never recommend them ever!!Review from Julie D

***** **** ***** **** ***** * ***** ****. In November we bought over $8000 in furniture from this store. We did get about half of the furniture ordered, however, the sectional we ordered was two right pieces. No way it would have fit together. We called the store and we're informed that we would receive the correct sectional within the week. Two days later we get a letter from the store telling us that they were going into bankruptcy and they would be unable to fulfill the rest of our order. The credit card company said they cannot credit our account and to contact the store. The store says they can't credit our account and to contact their lawyer. The lawyer tells us to go back to the credit company. Total run around. We are convinced they knew of these intentions when we called about the wrong sofa and future delivery of the rest of our furniture. **** ** ****** Meanwhile Bad Boy is having a black Friday liquidation sale so that they can "restructure" the company. ********* ********* **** **** ***** ** ***** *** They will get you to sign up for their extended warranty and give you false contact information. Bought a washer and dryer set from them and the warranty. My washer broke down 3 months after I bought it, I could not contact anyone about it because they would give me false contact information and even say that they don’t have records of ever selling me the purchase. This company makes false advertisements and promises for service that they fail to uphold.Review from Szilvia T

***** ******* ***** Ordered Item with ETA 1-2 weeks. Soon as I paid delivery changed to 14-16 weeks. Cancelled order and requested refund. They refused and ******* into a store credit. Ordered a different items after double checked ETA with customer service, same issue occurred. Company selling items not even made yet or not even in Canada, but on website says in stock. I had enough. I requested refund again. Many phone calls, emails, hang ups etc... over 3 months, I finally get to speak with general manager Evan H. in June 2023. Many emails, texts, calls he agreed to refund my money in August 17th 2023. Evan H. sent me a partial picture of an "issued check" dated October 18 to reassure me I got it. Today November 10th and still NOT received. It is more then 6 months gone from my first request for refund. I bought a dryer off Bad Boys in May 2023 and they assured me they would have the dryer in 2-3 weeks. It was not until October of this year till I received it, after numerous calls. When it finally came in they were not apologetic. We have bought all our appliances off Bad Boys. A dish washer including a 3 door refrigerator and stove which both broke down in three years. These were expensive appliances (Frigidaire). When called they said we had purchased the extra warranty, but when it came to fixing it they said we didn't, blaming it on a computer glitch. I have had it with Bad Boys and will never buy from them again.Review from Rojin H

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Currently we have a couch that needs repair. Sofa cushions sinking, ripped lining, and we are sinking into our couch. It has been only 2 years and all this is happening. We purchased the warranty to get this fixed and now we are 3 weeks into waiting for someone to actually get back to us to have this picked up for the repairs. I have had to leave multiple messages, called multiple times to various people, and after being told the paper work was not submitted, and that they cannot coordinate a date to pickup the couch, it is leaving a sour taste in our mouths. At one point they were willing to have my fiancé and I drop off the couch ourselves. What was the point of the warranty if they can't do this??? At this point, we are so fed up and no one is calling us back or returning our calls. I tried calling head office to make a complaint and was tossed to customer service line, where I waited over 30 minutes for someone to pickup. This company does not give a **** ****** about their customers or the quality of their furniture. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN!Review from Rita B

I'm never buying from BadBoy ever again. I paid a lot of money for my bedroom 5 piece set and the gold warranty. Bed frame was so cheap and flimsy that it cracked on the side. My gold warranty covered the repairs. Had to hassle customer service, warranty agent, and supervisor since APRIL (it is now October) just for them to finally pick it up for repair. Took them 5 weeks to give it back to me after I called and emailed multiple times (they said it would be ready in 1 or 2 weeks). Just for them to bring back my bed frame scratched up, dented, and chipped. Complained over and over again with no help. They just say they'll get back to me and never do. Ordered a bed that said 1-3 weeks for delivery. Contacted 3 weeks later and store was unaware of purchase. Head office said it was delayed and would now take 8 weeks. Was offered a “replacement” and clearly indicated that we do not wish to pay more if this was the solution. Agent sent one “reselection” through email and called to request more money. She proceeded to say she already cancelled our order this morning. This was never requested by us. She refused to let me speak to any supervisor and manager. Continued to speak over me. Took no accountability for the delay, for not contacting us regarding the delay and cancelling our order without being told to. The agent was Supriya B. We purchased a leather sectional in Burlington in April 2020. The first repair was completed in 2022. Now the recliner is broken and they haven't responded to emails in months. The recliner originally could have been repaired but due to negligence in customer service - it is fully broken now. I just want someone to return an email or a phone call! Buy your furniture somewhere else and check over the warranty before inserting your debit card! ** *** ******** **** *** *** ********** ** ******
