      A friend of my brother *** ***** (Tel +** *** ***** *****.Email ************** @*******.com ) contacted me asking for help. ***'s Friend ***** ******** of the Netherlands ordered and paid for car parts from a company in Canada over a year ago but had not received any parts yet. Since April of 2021 both ***** and *** have tried to contact Whitehead Performance to in regards to their order. They had no success as the company told them the parts are delayed at the manufacturer and then did not reply back to any of their phone calls or email attempts. I got involved on Jan 19 2022. I called multiple times during business hours but did not get a hold of any one and the voice mail box was full. I sent and email Jan 19 asking for some info for Invoice # *** for the amount of $5507.38 Cdn. I received an email explaining that the parts were delayed at the manufacturer and will be another 6-8 weeks. Keep in parts were ordered and paid for in March of 2021. I thanked them and waited 6 weeks. I Sent emails on March 7,9,15 asking for an update with no reply. No reply to phone calls made during those dates and voice mail full. On March 17 i received an email reply stating that the manufacturer still needed another 3-4 weeks to complete the order. None of the reply's specified what part #s on Invoice *** are delayed. Again i thanked them and waited another 3-4 weeks. On April 2, 10, 15 i sent another email asking for an update but no reply. On April 27 @ 12:30pm I travelled to Whitehead Performance located at 134 Rivalda Rd, North York, ON M9M 2M8 to try to speak to the owner or manager in regards to Invoice # ***. I talked to the receptionist who told me the owner/manager was not there. I gave her a copy of the invoice and asked if i could pick up any of the parts on the invoice on behalf of Mr. ********. I was given part# *********** totaling $129.98. I wrote my number and ***s number down and asked for the owner to call me ASAP but no one has. Need Help Please

      I ordered a driveshaft(custom order item) from Whitehead Performance on July 13, 2021 and the expected delivery date was October 2021. I waited patiently till the end of November for the driveshaft and then tried to contact Whitehead for an update on my order or a tracking number. They do not respond to emails, do not answer the phone(I've tried calling for WEEKS), and do not return voicemail(that was before their voicemail became full). I am going thru the BBB to see about a resolution before going thru the courts. The prices on these performance parts have gone up considerably since July, so at this point I am seeking more than just a refund of my initial purchase price if they are not going to fulfill my order.
