Placed an online order number******** for some crew neck sweatshirts for our volleyball team. ***** the manager replied quickly via email when I had questions about the order and a few sizing corrections to make. When he noted we wanted some names added to the shirts, he was quick to reply and asked that the extra $ for the names be e transferred but I needed to pay with a **** so he sent an invoice to be paid via ****** to ** ** ** ********* **** Their website claims 10 business days for orders but we haven’t received our items yet and it’s been 10 days. He doesn’t answer emails anymore now that he has our money, he doesn’t answer voice mail messages left and the website’s online chat feature clearly doesn’t work. *** ******** ******* ** ********* *** there is zero communication as to what is happening with our order after he has our money. **** ** *** *** *** ******* ** *** ********** ***** **** *** **** **** ** ** ******* ********Initial Complaint

I went to this site because its Canadian-bought and paid for a print T-shirt that never arrived. I called, wrote many many times in an email where was my order? On March 28th, 2023, I placed and paid for an order with T-shirt Elephant. I was in steady communication with their customer service team via email up until April 6th. Since then, I have not heard from them or received the product I paid for, despite payment having gone through and my address being confirmed. I have tried calling and emailing several times with no response. I have ordered from them multiple times in the past and have never had this issue. All I am seeking is either the product I ordered or a refund for my purchase.Initial Complaint

ordered for about 2-3k $ of hoodies and can't get a answer from them in ANY way. Telephone, email, *********, ********, ect. * ******* ******* ******* ** ******** ** ****** ******* ******* *** ***** ********* ********* I really cant afford to *** ******* for that huge amount of money, please help me.
