    The first time I picked up the vehicle and, on the way, home it flashed a warning "drive terrain malfunction". I immediately called the dealership and was told it will go away as the vehicle was parked for a long time in their showroom. Within the first week, it started making loud noises and I called the manager again and was told to bring it to their showroom on Monday. It breaks down before Monday and I had to get it towed from Brampton to Toronto at my own expense as they refused to pay for the towing. They kept the car for a couple of weeks and said that the drive shaft was broken and they fixed it. Two weeks later I started the car in the morning and it won't start with the message "Transmission malfunction". I had to again get it towed at my expense from Brampton to Toronto. I got it back and now their 35 safety days are over and it will flash from time to time "drive terrain malfunction, torque reduced, drive moderately". It will go away when I switch off and restart the car. I could not afford to take it to my mechanic right away as I am currently not working and am studying. I took it to my mechanic 3 weeks ago for diagnosis and found out that its catalytic converter is totally clogged and needs replacement and due to that the turbo in the car no longer works and needs replacement. This will cost me upwards of $10,000. Now, where am I going to get that kind of money? I am Complaining, according to my mechanic this did not just happen overnight, and when I was getting those warning lights and was asking them it was already busted. How did it pass safety as every time there Is a warning light it generates a code which tells them what is wrong with it? It means they knew about it and still issued a safety certificate for it. The first time it broke down, and Second time during diagnosis they must have seen a code generated and still did nothing They knowingly sold me a car that had serious issues. Please help me resolve this as I cannot pay that much.

    My wife and I bought an ********* from this dealership last October. The experience at the dealership was poor, and the vehicle was not in the condition they told me it was in.

    First, the vehicles are packed indoors, so you can't test drive. They told me they would have to move 10 cars to get it out, and they wouldn't go through the trouble of doing that unless I paid for it. They told me it was going to be OK because anything wrong with the car would be covered by the warranty.
    After I paid a deposit and signed for the purchase price, which I didn't bother haggling for because the price was good, THEY TRIED TO ADD A "FINANCE FEE" OVER AND ABOVE THE AGREED PURCHASE PRICE - THIS IS NOT LEGAL. I did not pay the additional over $1000 finance fee, I had to threaten to walk away from the deal to get them to remove it.
    Here we are a year later, and here is what I know about the car:
    -The "new brakes" they installed were spray painted to look new, but were not.
    -The adaptive suspension was REMOVED FROM THE CAR and a bypass module was installed to prevent the warning lights on the dash from illuminating.
    -The vehicle had been in a front end collision, the bumper clips were all glued in with silicone.
