    Dear Better Business Bureau agent, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Faraz Auto Sales *** ***** ********** *** ********** regarding the sale of a 2015 ******** *** Coupe. I signed the contract for the vehicle two months ago and took possession one month ago. I believe they have breached the rules and regulations set forth by the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) and I seek a fair resolution, including compensation and a written apology. Misrepresentation of Accident History: Faraz Auto Sales assured me that the vehicle had no history of accidents during the sales process. However, after purchasing a paint meter and conducting my own inspection, I discovered that the car had been involved in an accident. Denial of Responsibility: When I confronted Faraz Auto Sales about the undisclosed accident, they claimed that they were unaware of it and argued that they should not be held responsible. OMVIC Regulations: According to OMVIC rules, dealers are obliged to disclose any accidents that have caused damages exceeding $3,000. In my case, at least three panels of the vehicle have been repainted, suggesting that the cost of the accident likely exceeded the $3,000 threshold. Failure to Fulfill Obligations and Concerns: I believe Faraz Auto Sales has failed to meet their obligation to inform me about the vehicle's accident history. As a result, I am requesting appropriate compensation and a written apology. Moreover, I am deeply concerned about the extent of the accident and whether it may have compromised the structural integrity of the vehicle. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate this matter thoroughly and ensure that Faraz Auto Sales is held accountable for their actions.     I purchased a ******* off Faraz. I am in halifax they are Toronto. The vehicle arrived and needed a boost plus was dirty abd stunk inside.
    The salesperson did not disclose:
    it had been painted, non OEM colour and 2 wheel wells that where replaced after where OEM so did not match. I specifically asked if it was painted he said NO, its the *** blue.
    The expensive aftermarket wheels where acid washed
    The F1 exhaust was not working abd wires cut.
    The rear hatch is off kilter from bend.
    The window brackets in backseats wgere not remounted when the vehicle was taken apart caysibg loud banging in the back.
    There where 3 dents in the vehicle.
    There where 2 brake lines broke.

    From the time i received it I well documented and sent them videos, pictures and everything I could.
    Ive worked in the i dustry of selling cars and heavy eauopment for 30 yrs and understand quite well that things go unnoticed sometimes so i tried to give them the benefit.
    Now when we made the deal for a certain dollar Faraz had to get on the phone tell me he was losing money, tgis deal was no good for him, he had others wanting it blah blah. So i get the invoice $500 charge for inspection to comppetely go over the car (they tell me we look at everything) - i didbt bother arguing didbt want the sob story paid tge $500. Why was the back seat window tracks left dangling yo bang abd the brake lines cut, exhaust not working etc... if they go over it?
    They put me to Ali H the "manager" who never resoponded in writung only called saying oh i got yiu ill look after it send ne the inviices. I sent $2900 worth if invoices (without fixing wheels), he sent $500 and it took 2 mths to get. I was told get it detailed we will pay, we will powder coat the wheels for you, get it all fixed send us invoices. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** **
