paid Bk a total of $18,310 as of January 1st of 2021. $8,310 for transfer switches provided by his distributor as well as a generator. received an email in April 2022 the transfer switches 'have arrived' try reaching Bram to pickup the switches, no reply's to calls or email. finally show up at his shop at 285825 airport Rd Norwich ONT, at which point i am greeted by "i'll give you 10 minutes of my time" while confronting him the story turns into he still needs to pay his distributor the other 50% of the deposit on the switches to pick them up for me, from what i can tell the switches were never ordered. promises to do this 2 weeks ago and don't hear back until now. he get's aggressive and insulting to me when i mention he promised the switches this week (which was in the rare email he sent back to me) in that altercation he said they would be ready the week of September 5th 2022, finally sent an email on September 9th 2022 requesting a cancellation of the entire order which received no response. additionally sent another email today September 20th 2022. when calling either of his two numbers they never ring through. he claims his cell phone has no reception but has no intent on remedying that situation. leaves his phone in his truck and never checks his email. always claims he's too busy to answer his phone or email but yet has time to leave every Friday at 3pm and go on vacations apparently. ***** **** * ******* *** **** ***** **** ** *** ***** ******* **** **** * ******* **** ******* ** *** ****** *** ****** ** * ******* ******Initial Complaint

On November 22, 2021 ******* Investments Limited purchased a diesel generator from BK Industrial Power Inc. ******* Investments Limited paid a 30% down payment at the time of purchase. BK Industrial Power Inc. delivered the generator to ******* Investments Limited in June 2022 and were paid the remaining 70% of the cost. Upon delivery, ******* Investments Limited had issues with the generator and hired a certified Caterpillar technician to assess the performance of the generator. The technician's report conclusively showed that the diesel generator provided by BK Industrial Power Inc. was not the same as the specifications ordered by ******* Investments Limited and was under powered for the required application. ******* Investments Limited representatives tried to contact the owner of BK Industrial Power Inc. (**** ********) by email and by telephone repeatedly but were unable to reach him or his wife, who also works with the company. According to the sales invoice, the generator was under warranty for the first 6 months. At this time, the owner of ******* Investments Limited (***** ******) would like to be refunded the $34,200.00 CAD cost of the generator and would also like to warn others who may do business with BK Industrial Power Inc. in the future. The invoice for the total purchase price and the down paymemnt have been uploaded for reference.
