We met ***** ******** from Norox applications in July 2022, we discussed the work that needed to be done as well as the time frame to be completed. We kept in touch as we were waiting on a line of credit with the bank. On Aug 2 ***** messaged me asking for the bank draft to be put in his name instead of the company name so he doesn’t get dinged the outrages bank fees. This concerned me so I reached out to bbb to see if there were any complaints filed in the past and to see if the company seemed legit and everything looked to be genuine so we continued on. ***** came by and discussed the job a couple times to make sure we were on the right page as well as to pick up the bank draft on Aug 30 2022 for the amount of $10000 to start purchasing supplies. My husband reached out to ***** on Oct 3 2022 to let him know we found out we needed to get a permit to lift the garage, my husband had the paper work and had it filled out there was just a small portion that ***** needed to fill out and we could carry on with the work. He said ok he would be by to do it and we have not heard from ***** since. I have tried to reach him many times and he has not responded. He was to start the work Oct 12 2022 at the latest and I cannot reach him. Thank you ****** ******
