Prasada Kitchens installed a new kitchen approximately 7 years ago ** **** ********* ***** ** *********** The utensil drawer mechanism has been repaired once in October 2019. The same drawer is no longer opening and closing properly. Prasada Kitchens was contacted by telephone in September 2022 and a message was left *** *** to review repairing the drawer. Since September 2022 a total of 8 messages have been left for *** to return my call to discuss having the drawer repaired - even if it is out of warranty. *** ** Prasada has not returned any of the messages left. With the last two calls I asked the person who answered the telephone if someone other than *** can assist and was advised it has to be ***. I'm simply asking for *** at Prasada (or someone) to call me to schedule a service call to have the drawer repaired - even if out of warranty. Would appreciate the courtesy of a response from *** at Prasada instead of being ignored.Business response

We did in install a kitchen at **** ********* ***** in September 2017. This was done for *** *********. She must be the previous owner?
I’m sorry you feel that way about one of our partner companies’ drawer systems, but I should remind you of the 5-year warranty on the finished product. Our suppliers are very reputable and they also strive to deliver a top-quality product so we will collectively do whatever it takes to please each and every customer we have.
I wish you would have emailed me to clarify who you are relative to *** ********* (the person we did the work for) so I could resolve this simple solution rather than write an unfavourable review.
