I unfortunately hired this company after reading ****** reviews which seemed to support that this is a good company to hire. Boy were they wrong! The ONLY good thing I can say is that they do email you back in a timely fashion ****** and say their "crew will be there shortly". I'm quite certain they are laughing the entire time as this is completely untrue.
First bad storm on Jan 17/2022 they just don't show up. Email after email and days and DAYS go by and no one comes. I eventually had to clear the driveway myself for fear of being sued by the City!!! They finally call me after I send numerous emails and apologize for their poor service and assure me this is not normal. They even acknowledge that I'm a new client and want me to know this will never happen again. *************************************
Next storm which was this past week - once again same story. They keep telling me they are coming and when they finally show up 3 DAYS after the storm - 2 guys throw a bunch of salt all over my driveway and give up because it's impossible to shovel as it's now sheer ice. *************************************************************** *******
Worse yet - I've been charged $559.35 and they have been here twice and did not clear my driveway as agreed to in the contract and they are now refusing to refund me any money!!
