I am very disappointed with Spears Road Broadloom. I have called on many occasions and tried to speak to a gentleman named Dale there. He is usually not available and won't return my calls. The one time I did manage to speak to him, he mentioned that they kept records going back quite a way and he would look up the work done on my home and get back to me with information. He has never gotten back to me or returned any of my subsequent calls. I have even left a message on their websites contact us page a while back and never heard from them. Even if they are not interested in, or can't help me, they should at least have the good manners to say so.

Thank you to **** ********** Sincere apologies it took awhile to follow up on your request to find a solution! The Floor you have a problem with was not purchased from our business! Dale did make an effort to help! We have subsequently reached out to you! Although you mention reaching out to Dale at no time did you call Carl F. XXX-XXX-XXXX. I am responsible! Dale works for me and is incredibly respected by me and the hundreds of customers he has served on my behalf in 35 years of service! Hello again, Since my last review on Speers Road Broadloom, Dale has been in touch with me and informed me of the complete situation and where I might try in order to rectify my situation. I appreciate his efforts on my behalf. It would have been nice to know that he was looking into the situation. If I had known I likely would not have made my previous comment. At the time I was trying to contact Dale at Speers Road Broadloom I spoke to their company many times and at no time did anyone ever mention the name Carl F. If they had, I would have asked to speak to either person to rectify my problem. As it is Dale returned my call and was very pleasant to speak withe, so much so that I am considering using Speers Road Broadloom to change the rest of the floors in my home. I appreciate the effort that Dale and possibly the rest of the employees at Speers Road Broadloom made to try and correct my problem. Thank You.
