May 17 2023 Purchase of furnace and air conditioner,purchase price 15,368.00. We were told that we could get financing with a 90 deferral period.We explained our plan to go to the bank within those 90 days and get the money needed to pay the amount out right.The finance paperwork was not disclosed to us at all at the time of purchase neither were the finance terms or cover letter. The cover letter clearIy states that company involved is to disclose this information.It was sent to us in an email that went to junk mail.We went to the bank to get the money and were told we now have a lien on our house put there by **** **** *******.If this was disclosed to us at the time of purchase we would not have moved forward.We allegedly signed the finance paperwork via Doc sign,but the signature does not match and we do not remember signing anything electronically.At the time of purchase we signed a **** ***** ********** Agreement and as did the representative of AtlasCare,which states that if we are not satisfied with equipment,service,or people within the first 2 years of installation they will remove there product and make things right at no cost to us.We would now like AtlasCare to remove the furnace and air conditioner cancel the financing and have the lien on our house removed ASAP.I have reached out to them on multiple occasions and we are still waiting for a response.
